Elio Suárez Santana is a highly accomplished Crypto professional, CTO, and Algorithmic trader with over 4 years of relevant experience in the industry. He has been awarded multiple times by Mapfre and FULP foundation in 2 entrepreneur contests in canaries, 2018-2020, and winner in Aladdin contest (One of the most important in Emirates(Dubai), 1 position - 500K$) October 2021. Elio is also a YC combinator finalist with Fitlov (Nov 2021). Elio has previously worked as a tech lead for Blackrock, UBS bank(zurich), Santander Bank(Chile), Eurostar(London), and many startups as a tech advisor or architect. He has also been CEO/Founder of 8 team people and won some awards in the Canary Islands, creating the opportunity to join as a Partner in Fitlov. Previously, he created a company on-site in China and developed the brand till they got the break-even, and after that, he sold his shares, where he could develop his marketing/sales skills too. Elio is in love with Polkadot & Solana and wakes up thinking in crypto, has breakfast checking crypto, has lunch checking crypto, trains thinking in crypto, continues thinking in crypto, and sleeps checking/thinking in Crypto.
